About Sheila Luck

Sheila M. Luck is an attorney, but she doesn't accept clients. Instead, following God's call on her life, through her passion for research, writing, public speaking, and teaching, she is a Christian event speaker for women's groups, teen and college groups, men’s groups, and churches. Sheila also offers a Christian career workshop designed for anyone wanting to get on the work-life path for which they were designed by God. Finally, Sheila provides conflict resolution services through mediation, promoting solutions through positive communications.

Sheila has worked as an engineer for a computer company, and as in-house legal counsel for an oil company, a utility company, a paper company, and a Christian non-profit company. She has also worked as a director of human resources, and she has taught as an adjunct professor for Lakeland College, in Wisconsin.

In 2003, Sheila left her employment as in-house legal counsel and director of human resources to pursue new directions. Today, in addition to the work described above, Sheila is avid Christian writer, with three published Bible studies, and she is a monthly columnist for the Wisconsin Christian News. She encourages you to keep an eye on Elizabeth Ministry International (www.elizabethministry.com) for new books coming soon as part of the KinCommunity resources.

Sheila Luck is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Texas. She is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. For information on her mediation services go to www.sheilaluck.com.

Statement of Faith:

The Nicene Creed

I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible.
And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all worlds; God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God; begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father, by whom all things were made.

Who, for us men and for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary, and was made man; and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate; He suffered and was buried; and the third day He rose again, according to the Scriptures; and ascended into heaven, and sits on the right hand of the Father; and He shall come again, with glory, to judge the quick and the dead; whose kingdom shall have no end.

And I believe in the Holy Ghost, the Lord and Giver of Life; who proceeds from the Father and the Son; who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified; who spoke by the prophets.

And I believe one holy catholic and apostolic Church. I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins; and I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come.
Amen.
